This notice covers the current website: articles, case studies, learning resource downloads, and links to scheduling and assessments. It explains what information is collected, how Alexis Finley uses it, and how to contact her about your information.

Reading articles and case studies

You do not need to complete a contact form to read News & Insights articles or download case studies. Hosting providers may still process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Learning resource requests

To unlock a learning resource, you provide your first and last name, email, and company. Job title, company size, and phone number are optional. This website stores those details, the selected resource, request date, and your optional updates preference in its request database.

Alexis can review saved requests to provide resources and respond to related questions. Your PDF becomes available on the website after a successful submission; it is not automatically emailed to you. Requesting a resource does not automatically send your contact details to The Predictive Index or add you to a mailing list.

Optional updates

You can download a resource without subscribing to updates. If you select the optional checkbox, your preference is recorded for occasional insights and event invitations from Alexis. You can change your preference at any time by contacting Alexis.

Scheduling and assessments

Calendar bookings take place through Calendly. The complimentary PI Behavioral Assessment takes place on The Predictive Index assessment platform. Information you enter there is handled through those services under their privacy practices. This website does not collect your assessment answers.

Contact-card and social-profile links also take you to external services. Information you provide after leaving this website is subject to the relevant provider’s practices.

Website activity

This website counts clicks to the complimentary assessment and introductory calendar. Each record contains the action, the page path, and the time. These records do not contain your name, email, assessment answers, or a visitor identifier, and this click-counting feature does not set tracking cookies. A click is not a completed assessment or booking.

Website hosting

The website and its request database are hosted with GoDaddy. Service providers that support hosting and communications may process information on behalf of Alexis Finley. These providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Please do not include assessment results or sensitive employee information in a resource request.

Your choices and questions

To change your updates preference, request a copy or correction of your information, ask for deletion of a stored request, or raise a privacy question, contact afinley@pimidlantic.com.
